Hi there! I’m Max, a 25 year old chemist from The Netherlands. During my childhood I struggled with being overweight and in general being unhealthy due to bad food habits and zero-to-no exercise. In 2012 I decided to turn my life around and lost over 60 pounds while gaining a ton of muscle.
